Opis stanowiska

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Being a bridge between Business Area/Home Furnishing Business and Category by:
®      Securing that all articles are sourced within the category framework.
®      Describing and communicating range needs and range priorities.
®      Describing and communicating category strategies to the Home Furnishing Business.
®      Securing sustainability as an integral part of our business.
®      Communicating and taking actions on deviations.
®      Actively monitoring markets, competitors and suppliers.
®      Securing that each product has a correct landed price to Retail.

 

SOURCING PRODUCTS BY
®      Actively leading sourcing activities in the product development process securing the development on the factory floor.
®      Constantly improving running range business.
®      Evaluating material and technique choices related to cost, capacity, quality and sustainability.
®      Establishments of product development agreements and tool agreements.
®      Contract reviewing with Trading.
®      Assessing sourcing risks on an article level and securing sourcing set-ups accordingly.
®      Analysing forecasts in relation to capacities on article level.
®      Managing matrix changes, phase-in and phase-out.
®      Closely co-operating with Trading and evaluating supplier performance.

Wymagania

 

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
®      3-5 years of experience in related field of work with proven track record.
®      Experience of negotiations and skills in problem solving working methods.
®      Good knowledge of the product development process.
®      Knowledge of the global market.
®      Knowledge of supply chain.
®      University degree in technology, business administration or corresponding knowledge.
®      Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
